We are a unified force for Bitcoin. One that channels the energy of local communities into an organized, national movement. A membership-based organization rooted in our core values: truth, real transparency, productivity, and prosperity for all.
Across the country, Bitcoiners are building, hosting meetups, and forging connections, but without a common thread to tie us together. What if we created something greater than the sum of its parts?

This Collective embraces the deeper, esoteric principles that Bitcoin reveals to those who are truly Orange-Pilled. Price volatility, number go up - number go down, is Bitcoin’s way of testing us, separating the wheat from the chaff. But while the market fluctuates, the principles it imparts remain steady, desirable, and teachable through time.
These are the spiritual and philosophical foundations of peaceful Bitcoin Maximalism. As Keepers of the message in its totality, we believe Bitcoin won’t fail us, so long as we don’t fail it.
And the best way to ensure that?
To become a Unified Collective, fully imbued with those principles and built to preserve them for generations to come.

The Power of Altruistic Giving
Once trust is established, we can explore donations as an act of altruism. Donations are accepted in both local fiat currencies and various cryptocurrencies. If we receive crypto donations other than Bitcoin, we will convert them accordingly. Fiat donations may be converted or allocated based on the immediate needs. Regardless of the form, all donations are dedicated solely to Church business and will be transparently accounted for in the coffers, visible to all members.
These collective funds will enable us to achieve our goals on local, national, and international levels. As outlined in other sections, a significant portion of the funds will be used to acquire and develop properties for the benefit of our members. Additionally, these resources will allow us to extend a helping hand to our neighbors in times of great need.
By contributing and donating, you are not only supporting the collective but also investing in a community built on trust, transparency, and shared purpose. Together, we can create something truly lasting and meaningful.
Property Development Plan
Tier One: Campgrounds
Purchase acreage
Install solar parking structures
Implement wind turbines where applicable
Set up battery packs (with EV chargers as needed)
Construct bathrooms, showers, and water filtration systems
Build gates, roads, and fences
Prepare designated camping areas with fire pits
Install RV connections
Establish custodian quarters
Acquire groundskeeping equipment
Construct a toolshed
Set up communications equipment
Tier Two: Temple and Event Center
Construct the main temple structure, office, and keeper’s quarters
Develop rentable lodging for members and non-member events
Build a barn and event center
Establish a library and learning center
Create an organic permaculture garden or farm
Tier Three: Legacy Community
Develop an elders' center with care facilities
Establish a family/grandchildren visiting center
Implement beautification projects and construct additional activity structures
Tier Two and Three will be carried out at the discretion of the local Collective Keeper and approved by a vote of the Quorum of Keepers, the Council of Elders and the Founder.
Tiered Rental and Cost Structure
We are developing a tiered system for rental properties and other collective-related offerings. Discounts and privileges will be based on an individual's contributions of work and energy to the collective and our community.
Keepers: 25%-50% discounts
Stewards: 10%-25% discounts
Seekers: 5%-10% discounts
Many courses will be offered free to all members, regardless of membership level. Paid programs will be priced as affordably as possible, with all fees (or exemptions) subject to approval as needed.
Library & Learning Center
Education is a cornerstone of our organization, guiding members in understanding and upholding our core values. A key aspect of our mission is the stewardship of books and other physical, non-streaming learning materials—especially those related to Bitcoin. These resources serve not only as valuable stores of knowledge but also as a means for current and future members to connect with our past in a world where such opportunities are becoming increasingly rare.
In addition to preserving knowledge, we are developing educational materials for our own certification programs. The foundational teachings of our organization will include certification courses in the following areas:

Jr. Rangers
This list will expand as funding allows. In the future, we plan to introduce programs in woodworking, metalworking, fabric arts, organic/permaculture gardening and more.
These initiatives require time, energy, and collaboration, but the reward is a well-educated, resilient, and healthy community. Our children, grandchildren, and future generations will inherit the responsibility of stewardship over these properties. Thanks to these teachings, they will not only understand what that means but will also be fully prepared to embrace and uphold it.
Event Center (Tier Two Properties)
The transition of a Tier One property into a Tier Two property is encouraged by the National Collective and will be supported once the Quorum of Keepers (QK) and the Council of Elders (CE) have reviewed and approved the construction plan and available funds.
The primary purpose of these properties is to create enduring spaces for future Keepers and Stewards to care for, offering them a tangible representation of Bitcoin’s digital power manifested in the physical world. These properties will serve as venues for collective member events, learning programs, weddings, and other specific gatherings.
Beyond their spiritual and communal function, these properties will also enhance the financial sustainability of both local and national funds. While their main role is to serve our members, they will also be available for rent to other Light Energy organizations seeking well-equipped, beautiful venues for events such as yoga retreats, art and cultural gatherings, weddings, and corporate retreats.
Proceeds from these rentals will be distributed among the local collective, the national collective, and a designated local nonprofit—as agreed upon by the QK and CE.
Legacy Communities (Tier Three)
Our collective is a lifelong community, supporting members from childhood through their senior years. We cherish both the education of our youth and the wisdom of our elders, recognizing that every stage of life holds immense value.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the founding members of our community. Given the timing of its formation, their contributions—whether in time, Sats, assets, other currencies, or personal property—may never be surpassed in total value by future generations. Please take a moment to reflect on that.
Tier Three properties will provide dedicated spaces for the care of our aging members, ensuring their well-being in their later years. These properties are not only essential for current members but also for the sustainability across multiple generations. We are building something designed to last hundreds of years.
